Day 56

Day 56: 7 miles

This is day 56 because on day 48 I jumped ahead on trail which took me 7 days to do. Hence, this is now day 56 total on the AT. I just did it a little out of order for linear sake.

I just did a NERO today into Delaware water gap and will enjoy some time indoors tonight. Last night it got down to 0 with the wind chill cause there were very heavy winds but I was fine inside my cozy sleeping bag. I slept in this morning and woke up to the sun shining on my face, a much better way to wake up than to an alarm.

Most of my clothes is still soaked, and frozen, from the heavy rain so it will be good to get everything cleaned and dried out before getting back at it.

I didn’t actually cross the Delaware today but will tomorrow.

Downed a 16 inch meat lovers pizza in Delaware water gap. 6.7/10 wayy too much New York flop
